Beauty Sleep Bites: Tart Cherry Collagen Gummies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tart cherry juice (unsweetened)

  • 2 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder

  • 1–2 scoops unflavored collagen peptides

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Warm the juice
    In a small saucepan, heat the tart cherry juice over low to medium heat until warm (not boiling).

  2. Bloom the gelatin
    Sprinkle the gelatin over the juice slowly while whisking constantly to avoid clumps.

  3. Add collagen + sweetener
    Once the gelatin dissolves, whisk in the collagen peptides, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Pour into molds
    Use silicone gummy molds or a small glass dish. Let cool for 5 minutes, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until set.

  5. Pop & store
    Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Makes:

About 30 small gummies, depending on mold size.

Optional Twist:

Add ½ tsp magnesium powder or a few drops of valerian or passionflower extract to make a sleep-enhancing version!
